Safe Futures Foundation (SFF) is a not for profit Specialist Family Violence Organisation that provides frontline services to women and children to help them escape control, abuse and violence and rebuild their lives. We have been responding to family violence and changing people’s stories for over 40 years. We employ managers, team leaders, intensive case managers and women’s and children’s advocates across 2 main sites in Melbourne’s Eastern suburbs. We are funded by the Department of Health and Human Services.

Our clients may be referred to us by Safe Steps, Victoria Police, Centrelink and self referrals.
An exciting opportunity exists to be part of the changing landscape of family violence, Safe Futures is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced full time Team Leader with a behavioural science or social work background to augment our existing Safe in Community outreach program. This is an ongoing position.
The full time Team Leader will be available Monday to Friday during normal business hours with the capacity to participate in the after hours on-call recall roster and respond after hours when required.
Salary will be in accordance with the SCHADS award level 7. Safe Futures Foundation offers generous salary packaging, EAP and superannuation in addition to the remuneration.
